Standard Shipping can take up to 5 business days after date of re-stock. once your order is placed you will receive a conformation email that verifies your purchase.
*Presence and/or signature maybe be required for delivery (optional). All purchases will have 2 hours to make amendment to orders before confirmation and shipping. This will allow customers the opportunity to make changes to an order before it leaves our warehouse/fulfillment center. All orders thereafter will be marked as 'final'.
Once shipped, customers have a 10 day return period starting from the day the product was shipped. No returns or exchange after the 10th day from shipping.
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by 10 a.m. EST or the following business day when placed after 2 p.m. EST. Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Potential delays if any, will be communicated by a team member.
