Shipping and Returns
Our Standard Shipping service typically requires up to 5 business days for delivery once the product has been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse.
For added security and at the customer's discretion, the option for a presence and/or signature requirement during delivery is available. Following the purchase, customers are provided a 2-hour window to make amendments to their orders before confirmation and shipping. This grace period allows customers to make necessary adjustments before the order departs from our warehouse/fulfillment center. Subsequent to this timeframe, all orders will be considered 'final.'
Upon shipment, customers are granted a 10-day window for returns, commencing from the day the product was dispatched. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 10th day from the shipping date.
Orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday. If an order is placed by 10 a.m. EST, it will be processed on the same day. For orders placed after 2 p.m. EST, processing will occur on the following business day. Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is shipped. In the event of any potential delays, our team will promptly communicate updates to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
